How InternSafar works

Focused internship hiring with referrals, viral shares, and mutual ratings.

1. Employer registers

Domain path (matching website + work email) or form request for SuperAdmin. Password is emailed for the domain path.

2. Candidate registers

Continue with Google (Gmail only). A temporary password is emailed. Sign in on the landing page.

3. Approvals and profile

Employers complete ethics plus documents; SuperAdmin approves. Candidates complete profile basics to apply.

4. Post, apply, message, hire

Employers post using points/credits. Candidates browse and apply. Both use messages and mutual ratings after offers.

Internship posting guidelines

Employers must accept each statement before publishing an internship. These confirmations appear on every post form.

  1. I will not charge students any fee for this internship (application, training, or placement).
  2. I will not collect or use student data to sell unrelated products or services.
  3. This is a genuine learning internship with defined work and mentorship, not unpaid full-time labour without learning.
  4. The stipend, location, duration, mode, and eligibility in this posting are accurate and current.
  5. I will not impose illegal bonds, deposits, or recovery amounts against interns.
  6. I will handle candidate data with reasonable privacy and only for this hiring process.
  7. I will evaluate candidates fairly on published criteria and will not discriminate unlawfully.
  8. This internship is not linked to multilevel marketing, franchise selling, or forcing recruits to enrol others.
